Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason you want to return the product for an Exchange or a refund, we will be happy to help you, please write to us on care@veni-vidi-vici.in mentioning your order ID with your registered Mobile number and eMail address. And don't forget to mention the reason, as the information will helps us in serving you better.
Returns
You can return your purchased product from our website within 25 Days of purchase and ask for an exchange or refund.
Reverse shipping cost will be given by us to you as Rs. 100 store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with all the enclosures such as tags, trims etc.
Products such products intimate wears, consumables and accessories etc are not eligible for returns
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
A rejection may occur if the product is not in the original packing, the tag/label of the product has been removed or the product is showing signs of wear and tear.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, debit card or the original method of payment, within shortest time possible.
In case of Cash on Delivery the amount will be refunded either as Veni Vidi Vici Gift code or if requested the amount will be transferred to the customer's Bank Account, the customer is requested to share the bank account details for such requests.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we request you to check your Bank Account's transaction statement.
Then contact your respective credit card or debit card issuing Bank, or the Bank account whose online services were used for the payment, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
However, we will be happy to exchange them if the product size and color is not of your liking.
