Veni Vidi Vici Clothing and the three V logo is the Trademark of Nymphaea Fashion Designs Private Limited.
Being a Veni Vidi Vici Style Ambassador, from here on referred as VSA, is a voluntary action from both the end and therefore, each party, The VSAs and Veni Vidi Vici Clothing both forfeit any kind of monetary claims and any such settlement for the products and services rendered and exchanged at the time and in future.
Veni Vidi Vici Clothing, Nymphaea Fashion Designs Private Limited and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from the use of its products and services.
A Privilege Package is a set of apparels from Veni Vidi Vici Clothing distributed as samples to the VSAs. The VSA’s Privilege Packages are intended for the VSAs use and cannot be retailed or resold by them.
By accepting the offer to be a VSA, the person is obliged to get the Photographs of the apparels in the Privilege Package shot creatively and showing a sense of fashion and post them on the requested social media, the copyright of these images are shared by the respective VSA and Veni Vidi Vici Clothing.
The frequency of the Privilege Package is usually monthly; however Veni Vidi Vici Clothing reserves the right to change this frequency, increase or decrease, without any prior notification.
The dispatch of Privilege Package to each VSAs depends on their adherence to these points:
a) Posting the creatively shot photograph of the apparels by the VSA in the listed social media, viz Instagram, Facebook – Mandatorily. Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter and others by will.
b) These posts should mandatorily contain the Hashtag “#vvvclothing” and they should tag “@thevvvbrand” in the description or on the image itself.
c) The images and the description should adhere to the respective social media’s terms and conditions.
d) The Images and the description should not be in any sense critical or derogatory to any religion, caste, race, ethnicity, nationality, gender and adhere to basic internet etiquettes.
e) The post should be uploaded and made live on the social media within 15 Days of receipt. However, a VSA can ask written permission by contacting Veni Vidi Vici Clothing for any deferment of the posts.
f) The Posts are editable; however they cannot be deleted before 60days without permission.
Non Adherence to these points will result in termination of the VSAs Privilege Package and The person can no longer call themselves as a VSA.
